What You’ll Come Away With:
You will learn how to be self centered
Our biggest focus will be reconnecting and anchoring into who you are at your center. This will be the foundation of all that you will ever achieve throughout your lifetime so it is the most important base for all the work we will do together.
You will learn how to learn
Instead of regurgitating what others are telling you, you will learn how you work, how you feel, and how you can move forward in your own unique way. We will discover what makes you tick, where your meanings of things come from and how to reorganize your beliefs in ways that are your own.
You will learn how to do it your own way
So many times we get stuck in what we think our ambitions are, but later discover they are based in what others want for us to achieve, and how we can please the people we care about. When we explore this philosophical entitlement together, you will find the empowerment to embrace what is rightfully yours, while taking responsibility for owning that…and ultimately creating a life you really love.
What you won’t get
You won’t get a manufactured cookie cutter program to try and squeeze yourself into, reshaping in order to fit into someone else’s idea of the pre-ordained steps of what the world says how to be successful. You also won’t be left alone with your inhibitors to try to figure out what is wrong with you and why you can’t just get it.
You will come away with your own coach,
who is eager to learn about you
and is devoted to getting you where you want to go,
and a space where you can process it all
Program Structure:
We will have consistent once a week 1:1 coaching sessions - 60 minutes
Our first month will be designated to clarifying your specific intentions for our time together
Then we will customized instruction around those intentions as well as your more farther-reaching self centered goals
As we go, we will co-create your curriculum to not only articulate the meaning behind your ambitions, how activation works for you and doesn’t, but also what you require to move them into achievements
You will have ‘live’ assignments with interactive feedback - this is where we will have ongoing coaching between sessions so that you don’t lose momentum
You will also have shared journaling - written or video - so we can be interactive and I get to respond to the way you are processing, experimenting and finding successes in your work
I will also provide a variety of resources that suit your learning style and application techniques such as art therapy, evaluations, meditations, etc
Investment:
This is by far the most efficient form of coaching, for it blends both my Base ($103) and Advanced ($150) Sessions with interactive coaching throughout.
A total value of $1800
Because I know the results that this can bring you, and believe in this unique container to support the process, your financial investment is only $1500 for 3 months (available monthly payments of $500/month)
